Jessica Gooch has nearly 23 years of real estate experience, and specializes in helping families and first-time home buyers find their dream home in the coastal and metro areas of San Diego. Patient and detail-oriented, Jessica has been featured twice on the HGTV show, House Hunters. Jessica started her real estate career working for a pension fund management company that focused on investing in commercial real estate. Since then, she has worked for some of the best real estate companies and teams in San Diego. Jessica has the experience and expertise to navigate complex real estate transactions, saving her clients time and money by helping them avoid costly mistakes. Born in Indiana, Jessica has lived in San Diego since 1996. Jessica is an active volunteer in the community and loves to spend time outdoors and traveling.
Currently Jessica calls Rolando Village her home along with her husband Michael and three dogs! Max, Molly and Pepper. She will never hesitate to show you a picture of them if you ask!
